Sirisha Mantha is a certified Diabetes Educator, having completed the IDEAL course from ISPAE and a Diabetes Educator certification from LIHS. She also holds an Executive Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics, along with a certification in Applied Nutrition from NFNA.
She serves as the Vice President of Sweet Souls Society for Type 1 Diabetes, an NGO based in Hyderabad that supports individuals with Type 1 Diabetes across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. As a parent of a child diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes a decade ago, Sirisha has personally experienced the challenges of navigating care and school inclusion. Drawing from this journey, she actively creates awareness by conducting sessions in schools, both online and offline, in collaboration with ISPAE and Sweet Souls. She has also planned and led multiple educative programs for children with Type 1 Diabetes, while advocating strongly for inclusion and awareness in schools and communities.
Professionally, Sirisha is a Project Manager in the IT industry and passionately balances her career with volunteering to empower and support the Type 1 Diabetes community.

Sree Divya Akula is a certified Diabetes Educator (having completed the IDEAL course from ISPAE), an ultra-marathoner, and a techie, currently serving as the General Secretary of Sweet Souls Society for Type 1 Diabetes. A person living with Type 1 Diabetes since 2002, she has been associated with the organization almost since its inception and has seen - and personally experienced - the powerful support it brings to the Type 1 community. It gives her immense joy to be part of this mission.
Sree Divya envisions a future where everyone has access to essential diabetes supplies and where people with Type 1 Diabetes continue to live fully, confidently, and move forward without limits.

Karthik Nimmaturi, Treasurer of Sweet Souls Society for Type 1 Diabetes, is a Software Engineer and a person living with Type 1 Diabetes since 2017. After struggling in the early years due to limited awareness and access, he became self-reliant through guidance, community support, and lived experience. He is a Certified Type 1 Diabetes Educator (ISPAE) and has guided hundreds of people with Type 1 Diabetes through both online and offline platforms.
Karthik strongly believes that every person with Type 1 Diabetes must have uninterrupted access to essential diabetes supplies. He took part in advocating for governmental and societal support for people with Type 1 Diabetes and their families and empowers the Type 1 community to know their rights, speak up, and fight for equitable care, enabling them to lead healthy, independent, and goal-driven lives.
